IGN and Gamespot had pinned down Quantic Dream’s Beyond: Two Souls for a May 2013 release, however Sony’s rubbished the date, making clear it had not announced a date for the game as yet.
“We have not announced a release date for Beyond: Two Souls outside of the 2013 time frame. In fact, David Cage recently shared that the title is preparing for the alpha version so the date reported on the product site is incorrect and has since been updated,” a Sony rep said.
May 25th is also a Saturday, which is not when games a normally released in the U.S.
